Rinicom Team-building in Windermere

Rinicom Ltd, a Lancaster-based company specialising in providing state-of-the-art communications and detection systems, has recently celebrated its growth and team building with a fun and exciting wakesurfing activity on Windermere Lake.

To reward its hard-working staff and foster a positive and collaborative work culture, Rinicom Ltd organised a wakesurfing session on Windermere Lake, the largest natural lake in England. Wakesurfing is a water sport that involves riding the waves created by a specially designed boat, using a small surfboard.

The activity was facilitated by Windermere Wakesurfing, a fully accredited wakesurf school that offers wakesurfing for all abilities and ages. The staff of Rinicom Ltd enjoyed learning the basics of wakesurfing from the professional instructors, as well as challenging themselves to surf the “endless wave” behind the boat.

The wakesurfing session was not only a great way to have fun and relax, but also to improve the staff’s communication, coordination, and confidence skills. The staff reported feeling more motivated, energised, and connected after the activity.

Garik Markarian, the CEO of Rinicom Ltd, said: “We are very proud of our achievements and growth as a company, and we wanted to celebrate with our staff in a unique and memorable way. Wakesurfing on Windermere Lake was a perfect choice, as it allowed us to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Lake District, as well as to experience a new and thrilling sport. We had a blast surfing the waves, cheering each other on, and bonding as a team. We would like to thank Windermere Wakesurfing for their excellent service and instruction.”

Rinicom Ltd plans to continue its growth and innovation in the field of communications and detection systems, as well as to organise more team building activities for its staff in the future.
